Detail cleaning is like what our moms called “spring cleaning.” We cover trimwork around doors and windows, baseboards throughout the home, inside glass window seals, and mini blinds.
In the kitchen, we wipe down cabinet fronts, sanitize countertops, wipe down appliances, then sweep and mop. In the bathrooms, we sanitize the toilet and tub/shower, polish fixtures, and clean door knobs. We also clean ceiling fan blades and crystals. If sheets are on the end of the bed, we can change them and make the beds (or simply make the beds if you prefer). We dust, sweep, and clean throughout all rooms.
You can request a cleaning by phone or email. We’ll set a time to meet, review your needs, and go over a written agreement so we both understand your preferences and priorities. Then we discuss pricing, payment details, and choose a start date.
Yes. We inspect our work for added quality assurance. The owner continually checks our cleanings to ensure they meet our standards. You can also review feedback from our customers.
After the cleaning is complete, we’ll do a walk-through using our detail checklist. Once you’re happy and everything is checked off, you’ll sign the sheet and then pay the cleaning team.
You can contact us anytime, or we can set up recurring service right after your first cleaning. Choose the schedule that works best: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
If you decide not to continue recurring service after the first cleaning, you’ll be charged the one-time price.
Yes. We’re insured and bonded. We carry $2.5 million in liability insurance for added peace of mind for our Corpus Christi cleaning customers.
We provide general cleaning, deep/detail cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, ongoing maintenance cleaning, and post-construction cleanup. Additional tasks like blind cleaning, wall cleaning, ceiling cleaning, and organization services are also available.
Pricing is based on the size of your home, the condition of the space, and the type of cleaning you choose. We provide transparent estimates before starting any job.
Most cleanings are priced hourly, especially first-time or deep cleans. Once we understand the scope of work, we can provide a flat estimate if needed.
Standard cleanings include bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and basic surface cleaning. You can always customize the checklist.
Deep cleaning focuses on areas not covered in routine cleaning: baseboards, inside appliances, cabinet fronts, detailed scrubbing, vents, blinds, and other high-detail tasks.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If anything is missed or doesn’t meet expectations, let us know and we’ll make it right.
A quick pickup of personal items helps us focus on the cleaning itself. If you need help with organization or decluttering, we can assist with that as well.
